BanIP

This mod allows to ban-ip
using the commands down below

permission:
hytale.command.ban-ip

commands:
/ban-ip add IP
/ban-ip list
/ban-ip remove IP

Json location will be outside the mods folder like the bans.json
which will be named "ip-banned.json"
once you add an IP though the command it will put the ip inside the "ip-banned.json"

when player joins the event PlayerSetupConnectEvent will trigger in this mod and check if their ip is inside the "ip-banned.json" if so they will be disconnected with giving reason "You are ip banned :c"

why did i make this?
to prevent bots to destroy my server performance

forge said i needed more detail on the desciption not sure what i am missing here
